Aow Thai Marine Ecology Center [ATMEC]
Location: Bangkok/Koh Mun Nai, Thailand
Description: The Aow Thai Marine Ecology Center (ATMEC) is an independent ecological initiative recently setup in the Gulf of Thailand. ATMEC aims to promote and conduct independent research and conservation projects across the Gulf of Thailand, all while engaging in the education of the marine environment across all age groups
Black Turtle Dive Center
Location: Mae Haad, Koh Tao, Thailand
Description: Black Turtle is one of our newest training centers, coming online in late 2022. However, the center is managed by members with a long history of practical and positive work on the island. They are developing their program in several ways that will set them apart from many of the other conservation centers in the region.
The New Heaven Reef Conservation Program [NHRCP]
Location: Koh Tao, Thailand
Description: The NHRCP has the longest-running partnership with Conservation Diver and helped develop most of the courses currently available. The NHRCP offers 3-day to 4-week programs for students or interns and operates from Dec. 15h – October 15th every year.

They specialise in coral restoration, shark conservation as well as participating in a wide range of marine conservation efforts.
North Bali Reef Conservation

Description: MRCI is one of our most exciting new centers, offering the holistic model we hope to pursue globally. The center operates off-grid and supports the socio-economic advancements of the communities around it in addition to its history of environmental stewardship.

Dive Azores
Location: Azores, Portugal
Description: Dive Azores is a marine conservation training center located in the beautiful and remote Azores Islands of Portugal. At this center, you can learn and receive certifications in several of the Conservation Diver courses, and also get the added bonus of working with whale biologists on a program to track and monitor local populations using fluke observations. This is a high-quality program directed at those who want to make marine conservation a big part of their life.
Albatros Diving
Location: Mallorca, Spain
Description: Albatros Diving is located on the Balearic island of Mallorca. This center focuses the monitoring the temperate waters of the Mediterranean Sea, with unique speciality courses analyzing seagrass density and coverages and population dynamics of the critically endangered noble pen shell mussel.

Ocean Alliance Project
Location: Oahu, Hawai’i, USA
Description: The Ocean Alliance Project is a marine conservation training center in Hawai’i, USA. The center, run by Dylan Brown, is focused on reef monitoring and resilience-based coral restoration. They offer 1 day to 6-week courses, and you can get university credits by participating in their internship program. This is a great program for anybody looking to develop a career in coral reef science and conservation.
