Did you know that there are over 500 species of shark found in our oceans? How about the fact that some species of shark eat their brothers and sisters during gestation? Or, that it’s legal to import 20 kgs of shark fin into the UK but illegal to import some cheeses?
If you were unaware of these facts, join CD Instructor Kirsty Magson and be amazed as she takes you through the
highs and lows of shark populations across the worldwide. She will be covering
everything from shark evolution, ecology, current day threats and their future.
The session will last approximately 2 hours and begins at 12pm GMT time on the 8th of November 2020.
